Frequently Asked Questions
1. Will I be required to build on these lots and if so under what kind of timeline?
a. No. This is an unrestricted auction which means that no covenants (build requirements) will be placed on the properties.
2. What happens if in between the auction date and the 30-day requirement to close I become unable to close on all of the properties?
a. Your interest in the properties will be forfeited and your deposit will not be returned. The property will then become available for purchase through auction at a later date.
